Corbeau offers an online, turn-key solution for reconciling data between any two or more systems - without the need to involve your IT organization. We take care of all the data mapping, normalization, conversion, and custom report formats you require - all you need to do is upload your data and press a button.

How Outsourcing Reconciliations Works
Corbeau extends its IT environment to its reconciliation clients, and pre-configures our ASP-hosted Emissary™ software, allowing your company to leverage our investment in technology to make your firm stronger and more nimble.
  • We set up your users to access our servers through a secure, browser-based interface and configure all the reconciliation reports you need for a reasonable one-time set-up fee
  • After the setup, all your users need to do is log in, upload the data files and click a button to view the reports as often as they wish
  • If you require new types of reports throughout the year, they will be built to your specifications on a fixed-price, fixed-time basis
  • Yearly license fees cover maintenance (adjustments to your existing reconciliation reports, scheduled software features and fixes) and support (new user training and help desk)

    Common Reconciliation Tasks
    The types of reconciliations that may be performed and methods of reporting are limited only by your imagination:
  • Ensure that your custodian bank and financial accounting system agree with the number of shares/par value of the securities that you own, in addition to other valuable information such as purchase cost, market value, etc.
  • Check the accuracy of your security master data against your preferred market data sources
  • Confirm Data Warehouse data agrees with source applications
