Christopher Morgan – President & CEO
Christopher Morgan has been the President & CEO of Corbeau Technologies since he founded the company in 1998. His responsibilities include managing company engagements and handling many aspects of Corbeau's operations. An entrepreneur by nature, Mr. Morgan built several companies before graduating from high school, including service and retail businesses, and continues to search for and implement new ideas. In his role with Corbeau, Mr. Morgan has worked with many of the largest and most respected companies in the financial industry. |

Immediately prior to founding Corbeau Technologies in 1998, Mr. Morgan worked for an investment accounting software vendor. While there, he worked in several capacities on both the development and business sides of the firm, quickly progressing through the company's ranks. Recognizing clients' needs for comprehensive solutions to their investment system issues and a higher degree of customer service than software firms were providing, he founded Corbeau Technologies, Inc.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Morgan also serves on the Board of Trustees for both the Hunterdon Medical System and the Lambertville Area Education Foundation, and is actively involved in the community.
Mr. Morgan received a B.A. in Economics from Lehigh University, where he held several leadership roles and was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the University. He was also one of only sixty individuals selected worldwide to complete the EO/MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in 2008.

Ray C. Scaringe – Managing Partner
Ray Scaringe is a Managing Partner and the Chief Delivery Officer for Corbeau Technologies. A senior project manager and lead architect of Corbeau's custom technology solutions, Mr. Scaringe is responsible for ensuring Corbeau's project delivery process results in total client satisfaction. Mr. Scaringe is also the product manager for Emissary™, Corbeau's suite of systems integration software and tools, which are found at the heart of many of the corporation's custom reporting, data migration, and reconciliation projects. |

Prior to joining Corbeau, Mr. Scaringe was responsible for the development and delivery of dozens of successful technology projects in the Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, and Travel industries as a member of several custom solutions-based technology consulting firms.
Mr. Scaringe earned his B.S. in Applied Science/Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been developing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies and fueling his computer programming addiction for over twenty years.
